Issue #92  (Turning a Smartphone Into a Boring Tool) 11/16/20

Due to the apparently rising cases of COVID-19 in many areas, it's as important as ever to follow local guidelines and practice good hygiene. But just as important is maintaining a healthy immune system. I'm absolutely not a doctor or healthcare professional, but here are some supplements that one healthcare professional recommended to me as a means of prevention (note that some of this might be controversial and/or questionable as to the benefits):

  • Vitamin C
  • Liquid Zinc
  • Olive Leaf
  • Ionic Silver
  • Spirulina
Vitamins and Supplements

I haven't been taking all of these, because it's expensive, but I've been able to do the first three mostly every day. Again, I'm not a healthcare professional, so before you go out and add any of this to your daily regimen, please consult a trained medical professional first, and do the research on proper dosages.

The main takeaway from this should be: Take your health and your immune system as seriously as you take mask wearing and hand washing.

Now on to this week's hand-picked productivity links!
