In February, LinkedIn News published a report that looks at what skills are on the rise in the current AI-based work market in different countries. The main report for the U.S. is called LinkedIn Skills on the Rise 2026: The fastest-growing skills in the U.S.

It covers the fastest growing skills in eight categories and across 12 job functions. Each of the job functions has its own post with full details on skill in that area (sales, marketing, HR, finance, etc).

At the bottom of the article, you'll also find similar reports for other counties, including Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, UK, and more. Each of those posts has similar sets of categories and job functions, depending on the location.
