The episode is called, "Smartphones Rewired Childhood. Here's How to Fix It." The episode is a conversation with social psychologist Jonathan Haidt who wrote a book on the same subject called The Anxious Generation: How the Great Rewiring of Childhood Is Causing an Epidemic of Mental Illness.

The podcast episode is a little over an hour, but if you prefer something shorter in written form, there's a partial excerpt from his book in this article, also by Bari Weiss. It requires a paid subscription to view the whole article, but there's enough there to get a good idea of what the podcast and book are about.
