If you have children that are facing various challenges like anxiety, depression, or loneliness, you might want to check out an episode from the Honestly podcast, hosted by journalist Bari Weiss.

The episode is called, "Smartphones Rewired Childhood. Here's How to Fix It." The episode is a conversation with social psychologist Jonathan Haidt who wrote a book on the same subject called The Anxious Generation: How the Great Rewiring of Childhood Is Causing an Epidemic of Mental Illness.

The thinker statue

The podcast episode is a little over an hour, but if you prefer something shorter in written form, there's a partial excerpt from his book in this article, also by Bari Weiss. It requires a paid subscription to view the whole article, but there's enough there to get a good idea of what the podcast and book are about.

Now on to this week's hand-picked productivity links!
