I'm sure at some point you've heard about the health implications of sitting too much each day and the importance of getting some non-sitting time and exercise.

Health Coach Dan Go shared a thread on Twitter that you may want to check out if you want not just motivation, but some practical advice on how to improve your health.

Dan Go on not Sitting Too Much

After pointing out some of the negatives that come from too much sitting, he offers 6 exercises you can do to reverse the effects of too much sitting. Usefully, each of the recommendations includes a video with a demonstration of each exercise. Nice!

So there's no excuse anymore! If you feel motivated to do more but haven't had a simple and easy-to-follow set of instructions, this is a great thread to check out. I'm definitely in the "I'll start eventually..." crowd so I may bookmark this thread and try the exercises every few days!

Now on to this week's hand-picked productivity links!
