Many workers who have gone fully-remote over the past few years have considered the possibility of working in a different location or even a different job altogether. After all, if you can work from anywhere, why not choose a country or job that you enjoy more?

Of course, a lot of factors need to be considered before making such a move. But if you're in that situation, a couple of resources might help.

First, there's NordLayer's Global Remote Work Index, described as, "a tool for digital professionals to assess and compare 66 countries’ attractiveness as remote work locations." European countries are strong in this ranking, with the U.S. coming in 3rd and Germany at the top. A brief summary of the findings can be found on Matador Network.

Besides location, jobs themselves are worthy of consideration, especially for those just getting started in the workforce or those looking for a career change. Thus, the other resource you might want to check out is The 10 most in-demand work-from-anywhere jobs companies are hiring for in 2022, posted on CNBC's Make It blog. The top job in that category is Product Designer, with Writer (naturally) coming in second.

So if you're considering a change of venue or even a change of job type to enable you to work remotely (or continue to do so), I hope those two articles can help you out.

Now on to this week's hand-picked productivity links!
