On Twitter, Blake Burge, a productivity and business expert, shares 9 hidden Chrome features guaranteed to make your life easier. I'm sure there are a few tips in here you've likely heard before, but a few of these suggestions were new to me and maybe more are new to you.

Blake Burge Tweet

He mentions the following:

  • Tab Groups
  • Controlling audio/video playback
  • Custom search engines
  • Keyboard shortcuts for extensions
  • Pinned tabs
  • Bookmarks in folders
  • Quick sharing
  • Startup pages
  • Muted tabs
More details for each item in the full thread. Personally, I didn't know about the shortcuts for extensions or the custom search engine option. Also, I had forgotten about being able to control audio/video playback for tabs that aren't in focus. Some neat suggestions that might help you out if you're working regularly in a Chromium-based browser.

Now on to this week's hand-picked productivity links!
