If you're an aspiring YouTuber and/or podcaster looking for ways to grow and be more productive and effective in putting out content, you might like this Twitter thread by YouTuber Ali Abdaal.

Tweet Thread of Productiivty Tips for YouTubers and Podcasters

In the thread Ali discusses the fact that it normally takes between 52 and 152 videos to get to your first 1000 subscribers. I'm not sure why his numbers are so precise, but he offers some advice on getting to that point with as little friction as possible.

I think a lot of the basic concepts he covers are similar to gaining an audience in blogging. But with the extra overhead of audio/video, he provides lots of practical tips.

Now on to this week's hand-picked productivity links!
