Issue #117  (How To Scale Back Meetings) 05/10/21

One of the more interesting Hacker News threads I've come across over the past year or so is this one by a user who asks:

"What tech job would let me get away with the least real work possible?"

Never Settle Mug

The reader (who is clearly using a throwaway account) has grown weary of building software that they view as "useless" and simply wants to enjoy other activities while not spending too much time and effort in making a living.

Much of the discussion in the thread is about psychology and how we view work in general. But there are some real suggestions on how to reach the goal and even some people mentioning that their job is exactly what the person is looking for.

Now on to this week's hand-picked productivity links!
